  • 2 qt. Chicken, Cooked and Shredded

DIRECTIONS
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and buffalo sauce until smooth.
  • Add chicken, green onion and celery. Mix until well combined. Can be refrigerated until ready to use.
  • To serve as a sandwich, add chicken salad mixture to toasted bun and top with 2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese.
